Motor Vehicle and Road User Studies
MVRUS has been taught to KS4 pupils in Cullybackey College for the past five years.
It was introduced as a GCSE subject to allow pupils to progress from the road safety aspect of the Northern Ireland Key Stage 3 Personal Development curriculum. It has contributed to the students' development within society and the environment, particularly as informed and responsible road users. It provides students with the opportunity to progress to vocational training and employment and also helps pupils to prepare for driver training and all aspects of the driving test.
